Michela Henke-Cilenti is the founder of Star Coach, a coaching and consulting firm specializing in sales in the hospitality, wellness, beauty and fitness industy. Michela’s techniques draw from a pool of diverse and cross cultural revenue, retail and service experiences combining service, sales and financial knowledge to help people manage their moving parts of their businesses easily. With a insatiable desire to learn, Michela not only shares her Sociology/Psychology degree and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with her clients, but also her Doctorate in Management, which she currently contributes to.
